After our introduction we will watch the movie Before The Flood, in which you will discover through the voice of Leonardo di Caprio how climate change affects our environment and what society can do to prevent the demise of endangered species, ecosystems, and native communities across the planet.

Talk - Roundtable on Eco-Anxiety
Join us for an open-hearted conversation around eco-anxiety with a panel of incredible speakers, to discuss the relationship between mental health and changes in the environment. Among other topics, we will talk about climate emotions, #FundaMentalSDG, deep adaptation, how to turn climate anxiety into action, the impact of climate change on youth depression… We will be asking how we can prepare for the future when the only thing that is certain is that we will experience change. Movie Screening - Our Planet: Too Big to Fail
How can the finance sector power a sustainable future? Inspired by the success of the Our Planet Netflix series, the film Our Planet: Too Big To Fail combines stunning footage from the series with interviews by pioneers in sustainable finance, to explore the role the finance sector must play in the fight for our future world.
Join our screening of the film and the discussion afterwards about the answers the film provides.

Talk - Challenging Violence
If we look at Switzerland from the animals’ perspective, things look bleak – at least for the vast majority, the 76.5 million animals per year who die in the country’s abattoirs. Why has the Swiss animal movement not been more successful in combating this normalized violence? And how could it do so in the future? That is the issue ethicist Nico Müller (University of Basel) addresses in his talk.
